Right of Withdrawal and Return for Defect or Non-conformity
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product, or (ii) in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately under one order, received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you should inform Redivivus S.R.L., with its registered office in Parma, at via Alfredo Veroni 37/A, 43122 Parma PR, by contacting customer service and selecting "Returns and Refunds" as the contact reason. Please indicate your order number and follow the instructions provided to complete the procedure.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit the request before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
If you decide to withdraw, you will be reimbursed for the payments made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when Redivivus S.R.L. receives your decision to withdraw. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless you request a refund via a different payment method. In such a case, any additional costs arising from the chosen payment method will be your responsibility. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
If you have received the product, please return it to Redivivus S.R.L. without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs for returning the goods will be at your expense.
You are only responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please indicate this reason for the return when submitting the online return request, using the same methods described in the previous paragraphs. You will be asked to upload one or more images related to the identified defect, and you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the shipment.
